This Programme is organized by National Board of Higher Mathematics which invites application for participating MTTS 2014. Its aim is to teach mathematics in interactive way and try to develop the theory based on answers and typical examples. To encourage independent thinking in Mathematics. The students should use this opportunity to improve their career in mathematics.

Courses Offered:

Each Level (I & II) has lectures in four basic streams of Mathematics:

  • Algebra
  • Analysis
  • Linear Algebra
  • Topology

Students of Level O are offered courses in

  • Basic Real Analysis
  • Linear Algebra
  • Geometry (Curve Tracing, Sketching of surfaces, Classification of Quadric Surfaces)
  • One of Discrete Probability, Combinatorics or Elementary Number Theory.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Level O: 2nd year UG Students with Mathematics as one of their subjects.
  • Level I: Final year UG students with Mathematics as one of their subjects.
  • Level II: 1st year PG students with Mathematics as one of their subjects or Participants of the previous year Level I Programme.

Candidates can apply online through MORS.MTTS.ORG.IN (MORS-MTTS Online Registration System) which is a database application programme for the students can apply.
